Can I create an account today?

What happens after the trial?
When public access opens, new accounts will start with a 30-day Premium trial. Before it ends, you can choose the plan that fits how you want to use VoucherGrid - Lite, Premium, or Professional.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard whenever you like - no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees. Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my vouchers if I cancel?
Cancelling VoucherGrid does not cancel your voucher obligations. Outstanding vouchers remain your responsibility until they are redeemed, expire, or are otherwise resolved. During your grace period you can export records and continue redeeming existing vouchers; after lockout, legally required voucher and financial records are retained.
Does VoucherGrid take a cut of my voucher sales?
No. VoucherGrid does not take a percentage commission from your voucher sales. Online payments are processed through your connected Stripe account, and Stripe processing fees apply per transaction.
Do I need Stripe to use VoucherGrid?
No. You can create, issue, track, and redeem vouchers manually without connecting Stripe. You only need Stripe if you want to sell vouchers online through your public storefront.
How does the accounting work?
VoucherGrid tracks the financial lifecycle of every voucher - sale, partial redemption, full redemption, expiry, voiding, and remaining balance. It produces clean records your accountant can use for deferred revenue, GST reconciliation, liability tracking, and breakage reporting.
VoucherGrid does not replace your bookkeeper or accountant. It gives them better data to work with.
What is the difference between face value and non-face value vouchers?
A face value voucher is sold for a dollar amount, such as a "$100 gift voucher." A non-face value voucher is sold for a particular service or package, such as a "60-minute massage."
VoucherGrid lets you set the voucher type so the sale, redemption, GST timing, and reporting can be tracked appropriately for that voucher.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plans from your dashboard. Upgrades can take effect immediately, and downgrades can apply from your next billing period or according to your billing settings.
Can I import my existing vouchers?
Yes. You can import existing voucher records from CSV, which is useful if you are moving away from spreadsheets or another manual tracking system.
Is my data secure?
VoucherGrid uses secure authentication, role-based access controls, audit logging, and encrypted data handling. Payment information is processed by Stripe, so card numbers do not pass through VoucherGrid's servers.
