Expiry rules
All plansSet a default expiry rule on each voucher type - never, a duration, or a fixed date - and each issued voucher carries its own expiry date. Expired vouchers remain in the record and are available to the reports included in your plan. Built around the ACCC three-year minimum.

Verify your ABN and GST status first. For GST-registered businesses, the voucher classification then informs GST timing. VoucherGrid keeps issue, redemption and expiry records for reporting and accountant review.

Verified GST status and voucher classification
All plansVerify the business's ABN and GST status, then classify each voucher product as face value or non-face value. For GST-registered businesses, that classification informs whether GST is generally reported on redemption or sale. Review the treatment with your accountant.
