Does VoucherGrid take a cut of my voucher sales?
No. There is no VoucherGrid commission on voucher sales. Online payments run through your own connected Stripe account, and Stripe’s standard processing fees apply per transaction.
What happens after the free trial?
New accounts start with a 30-day Premium trial - no card required to start. Before it ends you choose the plan that fits how you use VoucherGrid: Lite, Premium, or Professional.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like - no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees. Your subscription runs to the end of the current billing period.
Do I need Stripe to use VoucherGrid?
No. You can create, issue, track, and redeem vouchers manually without Stripe. You need Stripe to take payment - both online storefront sales and phone sales send the buyer a Stripe payment link.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Change plans from your dashboard. Upgrades can take effect immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing period.
