Report counts exclude unavailable and unreleased reports. Accounting reports and Xero or QuickBooks sync are not available. Export formats vary by report. GST reports need verified GST registration, audit evidence exports are limited to owners and admins, and only eligible reports can be scheduled.

Does VoucherGrid take a cut of my voucher sales?
No. There is no VoucherGrid commission on voucher sales. Online payments run through your own connected Stripe account, and Stripe’s standard processing fees apply per transaction.
What happens after the free trial?
New accounts start with a 30-day Premium trial - no card required to start. Choose Lite, Premium or Professional before it ends. Without a paid plan, a 7-day limited-access grace period follows: existing records and redemptions remain available, but new sales and voucher creation pause.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing. Your plan keeps working until the confirmed end of your paid billing period. You then have 30 calendar days to redeem or void existing vouchers and download available reports, but you can't sell new ones. After that, the workspace closes. Verified owners or authorised representatives can still request a free copy of records that remain retained and available for disclosure, without resubscribing.
Do I need Stripe to use VoucherGrid?
No. You can create, issue, track, and redeem vouchers manually without Stripe. On Premium and Professional, online storefront buyers pay on the page through Stripe; phone sales send the buyer a Stripe payment link.
Do I need a website?
No. Premium and Professional include a branded hosted storefront with its own link, so it can be your permanent online voucher store. If you already have a website, link to the storefront, embed it or add a buy button.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Change plans in Plan & Billing. Upgrades generally take effect immediately with prorated pricing. Downgrades and changes from paid annual billing to monthly billing take effect at the end of your current billing period, even when moving to a higher plan. Review the effective date and charges before confirming.
Does sending a payment link by SMS cost extra?
Phone Sales is available on Premium and Professional. Email payment links do not use SMS credits. SMS payment links use prepaid credits bought separately in Plan & Billing; a successful send uses one credit and a failed send releases its reserved credit.
