A fresh cut. Time to unwind. Room for their own choice.

Salons, massage clinics, allied health practices, spas and fitness studios offer very different kinds of care. VoucherGrid gives the gift its own record, with balances and redemptions tracked for you while appointments stay in your existing booking process.
  • Voucher records alongside your appointment system
  • 30-day Premium trial
  • No card required
  • Cancel anytime
  • No VoucherGrid commission on voucher sales
Staged Water Lily House voucher checkout, using demo data, on a reception tablet

VoucherGrid records voucher activity and applies the rules you configure. Voucher classification, exceptions and final tax treatment stay with you and your accountant.

A thoughtful gift without making the appointment for them.

Illustrative journey: a friend buys a $150 salon credit. The recipient arranges a suitable appointment directly with the salon, then uses $95 of the voucher. The remaining $55 stays on the voucher.

  • Sell while your team is with a client

On Premium and Professional, buyers use your hosted storefront without calling reception. Share the link even if you do not have a website.

  • Credit or a clearly described service

Offer a salon credit or a named massage voucher. For health services, discuss suitability and eligibility through your normal practice process; a voucher does not establish either.

  • Record the voucher at reception

Check the code and record the amount redeemed in VoucherGrid. Any remaining dollar credit stays on that voucher for another suitable visit.

  • Keep appointment decisions in your practice

Use your existing system for availability, bookings and clinical records. VoucherGrid does not book appointments, track attendance or decrement class-pack sessions.

  • Match the gift to the business

Choose health and wellness, allied health or fitness artwork to suit your setting. Premium and Professional support up to three designs per voucher.

  • Keep classification open to review

A service name alone does not settle GST treatment. Record the voucher category and relevant settings with your accountant, including any exceptions that apply to your business.

The appointment note is not the voucher balance.

Reception may have the booking while the original gift email sits with another staff member. A separate voucher record helps when the recipient changes their appointment or uses only part of the credit.

Before

  • A booking note says "gift voucher" without the amount already spent.
  • A new receptionist has to search old emails to confirm the gift.
  • The purchaser is asked to choose an appointment before the recipient has spoken to the practice.

With VoucherGrid

  • The voucher code has a recorded balance and redemption history.
  • Authorised staff check the same voucher record at the next visit.
  • The buyer purchases a gift; the recipient separately arranges a suitable service.

A gift record that respects the way your practice works.

Artwork beyond the spa

Use calming wellbeing artwork for a massage, a restrained allied health design for a practice, or a movement theme for a studio. The pictured vouchers are illustrative designs.

Built around Australian voucher rules.

  • Expiry checks. VoucherGrid helps prevent short expiry dates where Australia's three-year minimum applies. Exceptions and your terms still need review.
  • Voucher classification. Face value and non-face value vouchers can have different GST timing. Record the category and relevant settings with your accountant.
  • Operational records. Voucher details and Redemption activity are available on every plan. Accounting reports and Xero or QuickBooks sync are not available. Use operational records with your accountant for reconciliation.
